Northies loves slow-cooked meat & a glass of whiskey neat. So much so, they dedicated weekends in March 2019 to smoked meats, whiskey & beats with their brand new Smoke & Barrels Festival! Featuring a 7m-long smoker by Fired Up BBQ, smoking up a storm for lunch & dinner. Mixologists worked day and night to curate a smokey buffet of beverages for every palate. A whiskey pop-up bar served up some of the worlds most peated whiskeys, while the cocktail list had been carefully curated to encompass various favourites with a smokey twist…
